I'm not entirely sure what the distinction is between fitness and the rest of my heath articles are, but making a new category made me able to put up this photo of PG during the 1992 Brit Awards.
These articles are not to be confused with articles on exercise equipment or bodybuilding. Ok, maybe they can be. I'm not picky. Don't blame me -- my brain has been befuddled by this PG pic.
